About the Artist

Hannah James is an artist at Mauldin High School, studying ceramics for the second year. She wants to go to SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design) for college. Although no artist in particular inspires her, different aspects of the art form do. She found the most enjoyable part to be bringing your imagination to life with the clay, and she finds it easiest to do. The least enjoyable and hardest part would be glazing the small details. Hannah does more than just ceramics as well, as she's an avid cheerleader for the school and quite enjoys it. Her favorite piece to make was the Louis Vuitton one, with her least favorite being the tiles.
